The Cleaning Brief is a local-first app for managing household cleaning tasks and printable cleaner briefs.
Data Stored
The app stores the information you enter, including floors, rooms, cleaning schedules, cleaning tasks, notes, archived brief history, and optional clean-day reminder preferences.
Where Data Is Stored
This information is stored locally on your device using the app's local database. The Cleaning Brief does not require an account and does not send this app data to a remote server in the current version.
Notifications
If you enable clean-day reminders, the app asks your device for notification permission and schedules a local reminder for 08:00 on the selected cleaning day. The reminder setting is stored on your device and can be turned off from the schedule editor.
Sharing And Printing
When you generate, print, or share a cleaning brief, the app uses your device's native print and share features. Any information you choose to share through those system features is handled by the destination you select.
Analytics And Advertising
The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking in the current version.
